What we collect on this website
When you request a Channel Health Audit we collect the details you submit: your name, work email, brand, website, the channels and markets you sell on, your revenue band if you select one, and your message.
Why we collect it
We use these details to prepare your audit, respond to your enquiry, and discuss whether the service fits your brand. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and pre-contractual steps at your request.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement plus the retention period required by applicable accounting law.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of processors to run our business — hosting and database infrastructure, email, and scheduling. They act on our instructions only. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.
Client catalog data
When delivering the service we act as a data processor for the data in your systems, under a data processing agreement. Our work centres on product data; where any personal data is unavoidably reachable, it is processed only as needed to deliver the service and never for our own purposes.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, or request portability. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
